Marshall Motorfest celebrates classic cars and hot rods
Downtown Marshall seemed to go back in time on Saturday afternoon as more than 200 classic and vintage cars and hot rods made their way down Michigan Avenue. The first-ever Marshall Motorfest celebrated all things automotive with it’s car show, games, sidewalk shopping and more.
Two tents operated by Ford also gave attendees an opportunity to test drive select Ford electric vehicles for free in designated areas.
The event, hosted by Choose Marshall, closed and cleared Michigan Avenue for hundreds of vehicles to parade past the Brooks Memorial Fountain and through downtown.
