Mariska Hargitay Lies Out in the Sand While Welcoming Fall in Reflective Video
Mariska Hargitay invited everyone to her peaceful moment in the sand as she welcomed the change of seasons.
The Law & Order: Special Victims Unit actress was lying down on the beach, the water and beautiful sky visible behind her, as she spoke to the camera about her thoughts.
Wearing a white t-shirt with flowers on it and stylish sunglasses, Hargitay began, "Happy end of summer. Bittersweet, and kind of exciting."
She went on, whimsically recalling, "Last night I felt the first, sort of, fresh, crisp, whisk of brisk air. And it was so excited. I was so excited."
"I'm taking a minute to pause and be grateful for [the] season, and to welcome in the new one," Hargitay concluded, ending the video with a vibrant smile.
Actor Robert John Burke commented in denial of fall's arrival, writing, "Summers not over till November," while Ryan Buggle, who plays Hargitay's son on Law & Order: SVU, lamented, "But I'm already crying into my schoolwork 😂🙃 don't go summer."
Hargitay's best friend, actress Ali Wentworth, added, "Grateful for you baby! ❤️❤️❤️."
Fans of the actress enjoyed her calming video and appreciated getting to hear some of her inner thoughts. In particular, many complimented Hargitay's voice, with a fan writing, "Mariska, I just need you to narrate audiobooks or something, because you have the most calming voice! This entire video is just give peaceful, warm, happy feelings! ❤️ Happy September, Queen!"
