Mariah Carey Stuns in Body-Hugging Black Dress With Mesh Cut Out

All we want for Christmas is Mariah Carey's impressive wardrobe.
On Sunday, Nov. 26, the "It's a Wrap" singer took to Instagram to highlight one of her best fashion moments from 2023: a body-hugging, black gown that featured a sparkly mesh cut out.
She paired the gorgeous outfit with a breathtaking butterfly necklace and wore her long, blonde locks parted down the middle.
Carey debuted the stunning look back in October during the 2023 Grio Awards at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif. However, many just got the chance to see the jaw-dropping ensemble, as the annual awards show aired on Saturday, Nov. 25 on CBS.
Thus, it wasn't surprising when many fans flooded the chart topper's Instagram comments with love for the glamorous look. One fan gushed, "So you going to be fine your whole life? Cool."
Another chimed in, "Damn girl you are Gorgeous!!😍"
A third wrote, "I mean... LOOK AT THE MATERIAL 😍😍😍."

On the star-studded evening, where Carey took home the Music Icon Award, the hit maker noted on social media, "Thank you so much Byron Allen and @thegrio awards for this amazing honor ❤️ And thank you Patti Labelle, Jennifer Hudson, Boyz II Men and Coco Jones for your beautiful tribute 👏❤️❤️❤️."
For those unfamiliar with The Grio Awards, the Hollywood event honors "icons, leaders and legends who have impacted the Black community and culture," per its website.
In addition to Carey, Don Cheadle, Kevin Hart, Misty Copeland, Tamron Hall, Dr. Kizzmekia Corbett, Steve Harvey, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Eddie Murphy, Al Sharpton and Denzel Washington were also honorees.
