How to manage your account online

With our account management platform, you can easily control and manage your subscription online at any time, including being able to pause print delivery when going on vacation, report delivery issues, pay your subscription bill, set up EZ Pay, and update your account information all in one convenient location.

In addition to self-service options, you can review your payment and delivery history as well as access useful subscriber benefits such as the e-Edition and the ability to share your digital access with a friend or family member.

You must have activated your digital access in order to manage your account online.

To access account management

Step 1: Go to our homepage

Step 2: Click on your name or “Sign In” at the top right corner of the navigation bar

Step 3: Click on “Manage Account” in the dropdown

Step 4: Sign into your account

On the left-hand side of the screen, you will be able to access a variety of self-service options that make subscription management simple.

Manage sign-in settings

Step 1: Click on “Sign in settings” on the left-hand sidebar

Step 2: Update your name and email address

Step 3: Click “Update”

If you would like to change your password

Step 1: Click on “Sign in settings” on the left-hand sidebar

Step 2: Click on “Change Password”

Step 3: Insert your current password and enter your new desired password

Step 4: Click on “Change”

Update your delivery address

Step 1: Click on “Delivery address” in the left-hand sidebar

Step 2: Enter your new address and click on “Check New Address”

Step 3: If we offer print delivery to your new address, select the day you would like to switch delivery to your new address

If print delivery is not offered to your new address, you will not be able to update your delivery address.

Pause print delivery

Step 1: Click on “Pause delivery” in the left-hand sidebar

Step 2: Select the dates in which you would like you pause your print delivery

Step 3: Click on “Schedule”

We will not deliver the print edition when your delivery is paused. We will continue to charge you the subscription fee, and we will credit your account. While paused, you can still access content through our website, mobile apps, and the e-Edition.

Report a delivery issue

Step 1: Click on “Report delivery issue” in the left-hand sidebar

Step 2: Select the date in which you experienced a delivery issue

Step 3: Select the problem that you experienced

Step 4: Click on “Report Issue”

Pay your bill

Step 1: Click on “Pay bill” on the left-hand sidebar

Step 2: Add a carrier tip, if desired, and fill out your credit card information

Step 3: Confirm the total and click on “Authorize Payment”

Set up EZ Pay

Step 1: Click on “Sign up for auto pay (EZ Pay)” in the left-hand sidebar

Step 2: Add a carrier tip, if desired, and fill out your credit card information

Step 3: Check the box “Sign me up for automatic payments”

Step 4: Confirm the total and click on “Authorize Payment”

With EZ Pay, you will be automatically billed each month for your subscription saving you time and money.

Update payment information

Step 1: Click on “Payment information” in the left-hand sidebar

Step 2: Insert your new payment information and billing address

Step 3: Click “Update Payment Information”

Share digital access

Step 1: Click on "Share digital subscription"

Step 2: Enter the name and email of who you want to share your digital access with

Step 3: Click on "Share Access"

Login instructions will be sent to the email provided.
