Two men accused of a shooting now face murder charges after the victim in the incident died, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

The victim, 57-year-old Randall Perchelli, was shot April 8 at a business on Eisenhower Parkway, the sheriff’s office said. Travis Warren, 46, and Andre Willis III, 31. had already been charged in the case. On Friday the sheriff’s office said they learned of Perchelli’s death and upgraded the men’s charges.

Both men have been charged with murder, aggravated assault and armed robbery and are being held without bond.

Deputies found Perchelli suffering from a gunshot wound at the scene. Paramedics treated him and took him to a hospital at the time.

When the shooting happened, deputies found that an armed masked man entered the business while another man held the automatic locked door open before running away.
