Update: Man found dead on Macon’s Ruark Circle identified, sheriff’s office investigating
A man was found shot dead on Ruark Circle in Macon Wednesday, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s office.
A man was reported unresponsive, prompting the sheriff’s office to respond to the scene. Upon arrival, deputies say they found a man, identified as Brian Rashad Obama, 23, had been shot. Deputy Coroner Richard Robinson pronounced the Obama dead on scene.
The circumstances surrounding the incident were still under investigation Wednesday. More information was expected to be released as it became available.
