Madelyn Cline Just Crushed Some Pullups In This 'Outer Banks' Set IG Video

  • Madelyn Cline is very busy with the launch of Outer Banks season 3, but she took some time to drop some BTS from filming on Instagram.

  • In one video, Madelyn is absolutely demolishing some pullups while showing off her epic core and arm strength.

  • The actress is all about self-love these days.

Madelyn Cline does a great job of giving fans sneak peeks at what happens behind the scenes of Outer Banks, and she just casually dropped a post that showed her squeezing in a quick workout on set.

In the post, the 25-year-old star can be seen hanging from a bar in a crop top and shorts, as someone grabs her ankles from below. Then, Madelyn proceeds to do a bunch of assisted pullups, looking like the strong boss she is. You can even see Madelyn's legs shaking at one point as she kept on going—she was not about to give up! Flip on over to shots of Madelyn on a boat, topping off a water bottle, and a video of her TV dad, Charles Esten, getting his hair done on set.

“Tomfoolery 3.2,” she joked in the caption. Her fans and friends went wild in the comments. “And people call Maddie weak! Look at her she’s obviously not 🙄,” one said. “Sarah getting strong in order to carry the season,” another said.

This wasn't her only strong post recently. Madelyn also showed off her toned abs in another BTS Outer Banks photo dump:

If you're curious to know more about Madelyn's health and wellness routines, you should know that she is all about getting her heart rate up while spending time outside. She grew up skiing and she’s tried snowboarding, too, she previously told Women's Health. But, ya know, filming Outer Banks is no easy feat in the physical department, either. Madelyn told Interview that she gets “very sweaty” during filming. “It is very physically demanding and emotionally taxing," she said.

Madelyn is an avid equestrian, too—a sport that seriously works your booty, thighs, and core muscles. "When I'm riding, I feel very centered," she told Vogue.

Madelyn previously told WH that she didn’t always have the healthiest take on wellness. “I did struggle with eating disorders, specifically when I was a teenager,” she said. “I was around 16 when I started working out a lot. I would wake up every morning at 5 a.m. and I would work out for 30 minutes. It was super rigorous cardio every day."

Madelyn said her family—and her mom in particular—helped her to recover. “She would stand there in the mirror with me and we would list out things that I liked about my body," she said. "After that repetition, those things became solidified in my mind. I like my curves, I like my hips, and after a while I started to love my body. I became so much happier.”

Now, Madelyn said she’s continuing to work on herself. “Self-love is a constant journey,” she said. “I'm grateful to my body for getting me through everything that I go through.”
