Country megastar Luke Bryan heads back to the farm for the 15th time this September.

The five-time Entertainer of the Year makes his annual trek to family farms across the country in September, including Mulberry Orchard in Shelbyville, Kentucky.

The Georgia native will set up stages in the fields of local farms on Sept. 21 and 26-28. Special guests include Conner Smith, Tucker Wetmore, The Peach Pickers (songwriters Rhett Akins, Dallas Davidson and Ben Hayslip), and DJ Rock.

Additional farm concerts will be held at the Huggins Store in Marshville, North Carolina, Miller Family Farm in Millersport, Ohio, and the Cunningham Family Farm in Smithton, Pennsylvania. Two other shows will be announced at a later date.

Bryan came up with the concept as a way of giving back to the local farming communities, with the proceeds from the concerts going to charities and creating scholarships for students from farming families to attend local community colleges.
