Luka Doncic, famous TCU alums celebrate the Horned Frogs in National Championship

If there was ever a bat signal — or Horned Frog signal — the College Football Playoff National Championship would be it.

The huge stage for TCU has attracted famous alumnus and fans to SoFi Stadium to watch the Frogs take on the defending champion Georgia Bulldogs.

Matt Carpenter, Reid Ryan, and Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker were among the throng of famous TCU alums or fans who posted messages on social media.

Even Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic cheered on TCU in a Twitter post showing him holding a horned frog.

“Me and Luka Jr. want to say ‘Give ‘em hell, TCU,” Doncic says in the video.

Former TCU golfer and PGA member Tom Hoge left a tournament in Hawaii to attend the game.

Hall of Famer LaDainian Tomlinson has been in Los Angeles for the festivities. Tomlinson is TCU’s all-time leading rusher.

Dallas Mavericks coach Jason Kidd was spotted on the SoFi Stadium sideline before the kickoff.

The Mavericks play the Los Angeles Clippers Tuesday night.

Andy Dalton, who quarterbacked TCU’s 13-0 team in 2010, was on the Horned Frogs’ sideline on Monday.
