EASTER/LENTEN SERVICES

• Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 17th and Slide Road, celebrates Good Friday, March 29, at 6 p.m., with Bidding Prayers. The Resurrection of Our Lord will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Easter Sunday with a joyous service of special organ and instrumental music.

• Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2221 Ave. W: will offer a variety of activities on Easter Morning: 8 a.m., Indoor bouncy house, crafts, coffee, doughnuts, juice, etc.; 8:45 a.m., Easter egg hunt; 9 a.m., Children’s story with pastor; 9:30 a.m., Divine Service; 10:45 a.m., Bible study. Eggs will be stuffed with candy or a small toy and a Bible verse. Before and after services, there will be a place to write down prayer requests in the parish hall.
