Love Island's Eve Gale and Demi Sims reveal whether they're exclusive

Love Island’s Eve Gale and The Only Way Is Essex’s Demi Sims have revealed whether they are exclusive, in a new update.

The reality stars have enjoyed a number of dates together, and now the pair have shared where they are currently at with their blossoming romance.

In an interview with OK! Magazine, Eve said, "We’re shy", before Demi added, "We’re both shy! There’s not a label on it, we’re just enjoying spending time with each other."

Despite Eve saying, "I love her so much", it appears that the couple are taking things slow, without labelling their relationship just yet.

"We actually just get along so well," Demi said, "we’ve always got along for years – ever since I met Eve. It’s only just recently that it’s, kind of, gotten to something more. She’s a nice girl, I’ve got a lot of time for her."

Eve spoke about their first date when she and twin sister Jess appeared as guests on Sims Squared, the podcast that Demi hosts with her sister Frankie, revealing that their long-time friendship had recently turned into something more.

Now the pair have opened up about the public reaction to their surprising relationship since the podcast episode was first released.

Demi said: "Eve didn’t expect such a big reaction but I kind of knew what the LGBTQ community would be like. And now, you’ve been spammed with a lot of stuff, haven’t you?"

"Yeah," Eve then added, "a lot of DMs, a lot of girls!"

Last month, Eve shared an update on her and Demi’s budding romance and said: “I love Demi – she’s a really great girl. Because of the dates, a lot of people think we’re in a really serious relationship.

"But it’s very chilled, and I really like being in her company. We’re just seeing where it goes, to be honest."

She continued: "I’ve seen her a couple times in a group setting, she really likes Jess, and I get along with her sister, and she likes all of my friends, so it’s nice that we can go out all together."

Love Island returns next month, airing on ITV2 and streaming on ITVX.
