A staple restaurant location in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach is up for lease, meaning North Myrtle Beach residents could see a new restaurant just a few blocks away from the ocean soon.
The former Duffy Street Seafood Shack, also known as “Original Seafood Shack,” located on the corner of Sea Mountain Hwy and Duffy Street is looking for a new owner to take over the location on a “turn key” lease opportunity.
A turn key opportunity means that this location is fully equipped for immediate operation. The fryers, grills, and hood are fully functioning and can be used immediately.
The lease is $7,500 per month, which includes the equipment, furniture, plates, glassware and utilities to run the restaurant. The address is 319 Sea Mountain Hwy, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
“This location has 28 plus years of longevity and is about two and a half blocks from the beach. It’s a great location,” Ty Bellamy, a broker associate at RE/MAX Southern Shores Realty said. The location is near the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier as well as the Ocean Club Resort.
The original owners of Duffy St. Seafood Shack closed this location a few months ago, according to Bellamy. The location contains 2,000 square feet and comes with about 130 seats for dining in.
