The weather forecast is favorable for ghosts and goblins to enjoy some Halloween fun in the Gadsden area, although Oct. 31 itself will be a little cool.

Here’s a list of scheduled activities over the weekend and on Halloween. Email greg.bailey@gadsdentimes.com with additions.

Saturday, Oct. 28

Area-Wide Towing Trunk or Treat

5 p.m. to 8 p.m., downtown Attalla, streets will be blocked off for children to get candy.

Antioch Baptist Church Fall Festival

Noon to 3 p.m., 2001 E. Broad St., Gadsden, trunk or treat, food and games; parents must accompany children, no dropoffs.

Downtown Gadsden Trick or Treat

11 a.m. to 1 p.m., ages 12 and under, children can trick or treat with participating merchants, while adults can shop and enjoy lunch at downtown restaurants.

Fairview Baptist Church Trunk or Treat

5 p.m. until candy is gone, 5295 Fairview Road, Gadsden.

Glencoe Fall Festival

5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Hollingsworth Park, free hot dogs and drinks, trunk or treat, bouncy houses and more.

JGM Trunk or Treat Show

5 p.m., Walmart, 340 E. Meighan Blvd., Gadsden, trunk or treat for kids; Jeeps will be decorated and judged, $10 entry fee for Jeeps, proceeds go to cancer awareness.

JoJo Farms Trunk or Treat

4 p.m., 1072 Gilberts Ferry Road, Gadsden, food, candy, inflatables.

RainBOO City Fall Festival

5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m, Vivian Lee Maddox Sports Complex, 4573 Rainbow Drive, Rainbow City, food trucks, flashlight candy hunt and “E.T.” will be shown.

Reverence Baptist Church Trunk or Treat

5 p.m., 115 Princeton Ave., Gadsden.

Trunk or Treat Adoption Event

5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Humane Society Pet Rescue and Adoption Center, 4200 Brooke Ave., Gadsden, trunk or treat, discounted adoptions, free adoption raffle, T-shirt sale.

Sunday, Oct. 29

Bellevue Baptist Church Fall Festival

6 p.m. to 7 p.m., 150 Noccalula Drive (Christian Life Center behind church), candy, games, s’mores; no scary costumes.

Moonlit Mystery Masquerade at The Amp

5 p.m., Mort Glosser Amphitheatre, food trucks, “witches brew” (non-alcoholic drink), photo booth and a Halloween favorite film; costumes welcome; $2 admission.

Tuesday, Oct. 31

America’s Car-Mart Trunk or Treat

Noon to 4 p.m., 625 W. Meighan Blvd.

Downtown Witches Ride

6 p.m. Haralson and Turrentine avenues in Gadsden's historic district, “witches” will be “flying” and throwing candy.

Mountain Motorsports Trunk or Treat

3 to 6 p.m., 1609 W. Meighan Blvd., Gadsden.

Nissan of Gadsden Trunk or Treat

5 p.m., 1701 Rainbow Drive, Gadsden.

Rainbow Church of Christ Trunk or Treat

6 p.m., 112 Emerson St., Gadsden.
