The community came together this month to support Holy Angels at the 32nd annual Angel Bowl.

The "Superhero Showdown" was held on campus of Holy Angels in Belmont at Push Place Lanes for the third consecutive year.

Angel Bowl is one of the longest running fundraising events in the region.

For three decades, more than 1,000 supporters spend the day bowling and raising money for the residents of Holy Angels.

The pandemic forced Holy Angels to move away from the traditional in-person event at the offsite bowling alley.

The pivot created a new tradition where all residents of Holy Angels get to bowl in specially designed hand-crafted bowling lanes. The “new” Angel Bowl enabled sponsors and guests to bowl alongside residents, creating meaningful interactions and special memories for everyone involved.

“We will always cherish the memories of gathering over a thousand friends from our community to bowl from events in the past, but the revamped Angel Bowl even more so places a direct spotlight on our mission: our residents and providing them the highest quality of life. They all get to bowl," said Holy Angels President and CEO Kerri Massey.

While proceeds will be collected until the end of the month, Holy Angels has already surpassed its $125,000 fundraising goal.
