Tom Brady has only been on Twitter for two years, but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback has quickly become one of the funniest athletes to follow on social media.

Since the Buccaneers received their Super Bowl rings from the 2020 season on Thursday night, Brady went on Twitter this Friday afternoon to showcase his new jewelry.

Brady posted two pictures on Twitter, one from his rookie season with the Patriots and one with him showing all seven of his Super Bowl rings, along with the caption “How it started vs How it’s going.”

Even though Brady’s post hasn’t even been on Twitter for an hour, it’s already going viral.

During last night’s ring ceremony, Brady revealed which championship from his career is his favorite.

“You know which ring’s my favorite one? My favorite ring is the next one,” Brady told his teammates. “Love you guys, man. Proud of you all. Let’s f***ing go.”

If Brady manages to win an eighth Super Bowl, he’ll most likely have another Twitter post ready to go about how he went from a sixth-round draft pick to the most accomplished quarterback of all time.

Fortunately for Brady, the Buccaneers retained most of their key free agents this offseason, such as Shaq Barrett, Lavonte David, Chris Godwin and Rob Gronkowski.

Brady and the Buccaneers will begin their title defense on Sept. 9 against the Dallas Cowboys.
