Take a look at the final permit report of 2023

CHILLICOTHE — During the last month of 2023 workers stayed busy as shown by the December permit report which had 42 records.

In Chillicothe, Homeland Credit Union received a permit for a $375,000 interior remodel. The Ross County Fairgrounds also received a permit for electricity for 128 new campsites

The Kingston National Bank received a permit for an $8,000 project that involved moving the ATM from the building to an island. In Greenfield, Meadow Breeze Mennonite School received a permit for foundation and rough framing, mechanical and electrical work for a new Mennonite schoolhouse.

In Piketon, Rio Grande Community College received a permit for foundation and rough framing for the rehabbing and reworking of the old Scioto Valley High School building for the college. The village also received a permit for EV chargers at the corner of 2nd Street and Clark Street.
