Sharapova, a multi-time Grand Slam champion from Russia, joined the list back in 2006.

Sharapova is one of several notable tennis stars to pose for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, joining Anna Kournikova, Serena Williams, Sloane Stephens and Genie Bouchard, among others.
