Look: Favorite Danica Patrick Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Photos

Danica Patrick is on the impressive list of notable athletes and sports figures to pose for the iconic Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.

The former IndyCar and NASCAR driver posed for the iconic Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue multiple times in 2008 and again in ’09.

“You could actually say I was on the cover,” said Patrick, who posed in 2008 and ’09. “I had a little image in the top right corner of the cover. I think Bar Refaeli was the cover girl that year.”

Some of Patrick’s shoots were racing themed, too.

Patrick, one of the most popular drivers in recent history, joined the likes of Alex Morgan, Sloane Stephens, Serena Williams, Skylar Diggins, Lindsey Vonn and Maria Sharapova, among others, when she posed for the issue.

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit also released a behind-the-scenes look at Patrick’s photoshoot with the magazine.

The 2022 edition of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue will be released later this spring.
