Former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick continues to pursue a potential comeback. This week, the former second-round pick worked out with a pair of current NFL players at the House of Athlete facility in Florida.

Kaepernick shared a video on Twitter of him throwing passes to free-agent wideout Jarvis Landry and Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku.

Landry and Njoku aren’t the only notable players who were at the House of Athlete facility. Jakeem Grant, Brandon Marshall and Michael Vick were also in attendance.

At this time, Kaepernick has not received a contract offer or tryout from an NFL team. However, that could change if he continues to put in the work.

Two weeks ago, Kaepernick participated in a throwing audition for NFL scouts during halftime of Michigan’s spring game. Once that session was over, he had a message for all 32 teams.

“I can help make you a better team, I can help you win games,” Kaepernick said. “I know right now the situation likely won’t allow me to come in, step into a starting role. I know I’ll be able to work my way to that though and show that very quickly. So to the teams that have questions, more than anything I would say I’d love to come in for a workout. I’d love to sit down with you and have that conversation about how I could help you be a better team.”

Only time will tell if Kaepernick receives another opportunity in the NFL.
