Look: Alex Morgan’s 2019 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Photos

Alex Morgan had a pretty big year in 2019.

On the field, the United States women’s national team star helped lead her country to a World Cup championship. Morgan and the rest of the American team dominated the field at the 2019 World Cup on way to a championship.

Off the field, Morgan posed for the iconic Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, along with several of her teammates.

“It was so awesome. The last two shoots, I was the only soccer player and that was totally fine. [I was] really happy to represent my team and to represent the soccer community, but just to be able to do it with such an empowering group of women that I share such a big life with was just even more amazing,” she told the magazine of her 2019 shoot.

The 2021 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, meanwhile, hit newsstands earlier this summer. The 2021 issue features tennis star Naomi Osaka along with several other notable and accomplished models.
