On Saturday, Olivia "Livvy" Dunne and the LSU gymnastics team won its first NCAA title in school history in front of more than 7,600 fans in Forth Worth, Texas.

“Best day ever!” Livvy, 21, wrote on her Instagram Stories following the big win. She also posted an Instagram video of her team celebrating with the trophy and confetti in tow. "forever LSU," the caption read.

With the season coming to an end, a big question revolving around Livvy is if she'll be returning to LSU for another year, since she has eligibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic. "It definitely makes me want to come back, but I haven't quite thought about it completely," she said in a recent interview with Today.

While her return is still up in the air, she'll be cheering on her boyfriend and successful baseball player and fellow LSU student, Paul Skenes on as he potentially makes his way to the major leagues.

In 2023, the two confirmed their relationship after some speculation that they were dating. But who is Livvy's boyfriend? Here's everything to know about Paul Skenes.

He's a professional baseball player with a record-breaking contract.

Paul is a member of the Pittsburgh Pirates franchise and plays for a Single-A minor league team, the Bradenton Marauders, as a pitcher. However, he's predicted by MLB.com to head to the major league in 2024.

He was selected in the first round of the 2023 draft at the first overall pick. When signing with the Pirates, he received a $9.2 million signing bonus.

When asked about when his MLB debut will be, Livvy told TMZ, "I have no clue. I hope soon! I'm starting to get all my merch ready. I have my outfits picked out."

He's originally from California.

Paul is from Lake Forest, California and played baseball for El Toro High School. The school's Athletic Director, Armando Rivas said he was a "smiling and happy-go-lucky" teen who was "a pleasure to be around," in an interview with the Daily Advertiser.

His dad, Craig Skenes, works for a pharmaceuticals company, and Karen is a stay-at-home mom. Paul has two sisters, Lauren, who is older, and Kristen, who is younger, according to MILB.com .

He attended LSU, just like Livvy.

Just like his girlfriend, Paul attended LSU for a year.

During his time there he helped the schools baseball team with the 2023 Men's College World Series. His efforts with the squad were successful as he was named the 2023 National Player of the Year, 2023 National Pitcher of the Year, and 2023 College World Series Most Outstanding Player.

He wants to serve in the military.

Before his time at LSU, Paul attended the Air Force Academy for two years. Whenever he is done with his baseball career, he hopes to serve in the military, he explained in an interview with BRPround.com.

"I would say serving is still in the picture because that's something that you can start doing when you're 40, 50," he said. "But I think, to be honest, you only get one shot at baseball, and so that's my goal right now."

One thing that stuck with him from his time at the Air Force Academy is being disciplined. "You get there the first day and you start 37 days of basic training," he said in the interview. "You're forced to figure out life really...Those 37 days, I never want to do that again but it's 100% shaped who I am today."

He and Livvy confirmed their relationship in 2023.

In an August 2023 interview, Paul confirmed that he was dating Livvy. "It can be a pain in the butt sometimes, to be honest, in terms of actually going somewhere," he said to The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. "If one of us went out in Baton Rouge by ourselves, there's probably gonna be someone there asking for something—picture, autograph, whatever."

In November 2023, Livvy and Paul confirmed their relationship in a sweet Instagram post. The couple posed in formal wear, he wore a black tux and yellow tie and she sported a royal blue dress.

"my fav d8," she wrote in the caption.

They're each other's biggest fans.

There's no denying that Paul and Livvy are each other's number one supporters. Following LSU gymnastics' NCAA national championship win, Paul showed his girlfriend some love on Instagram. He reposted a photo of the gymnastics team holding their trophy, per PEOPLE.

Livvy is equally as supportive. Last summer, she posted this video of herself cheering on the LSU baseball team with the caption "a great day to be a tiger!🥳🐅"

She's also been seen sporting a Pirates hat following Paul began playing for the Pirates, according to this post on X.
