Lisa Vanderpump's New Restaurant Is Coming for Your IG Feed

Lisa Vanderpump celebrates the opening of her next Las Vegas restaurant, Pinky's by Vanderpump.

Bravo's biggest restauranteur is opening up a brand new spot on the Las Vegas Strip. Pinky's at Flamingo, which is scheduled to open in the summer of 2024, will mark Lisa Vanderpump's third location in Sin City, joining Vanderpump à Paris and Vanderpump Cocktail Garden.

As for why she chose the name Pinky's, Vanderpump told Parade, "It's my nickname. It's a nod to a bygone era. I think we all know I love pink. But also...pink is a little gangster."

Guests can expect Pinky's to be "very playful," Vanderpump added. "Some of the food will be in birdcages. It will be very Instagrammable, bold, have a very, very strong identity."

According to the first Instagram post on the Pinky's account, the space will be inspired by the history of Flamingo Las Vegas and "delve into the Art Deco style." The post also hints at some additional interior drama. "The building will extend into a dramatic conservatory that will enhance the façade of the Flamingo on the Las Vegas Strip." Vanderpump's black suit and pink fedora in the image that accompanies the post is giving Humphrey Bogart vibes.

Instagrammable is the name of the game for the Vanderpump restaurants. Vanderpump à Paris was recently named the 11th most photographed restaurant in the U.S. thanks to its over-the-top cocktails and moody decor. Vanderpump expects her newest Vegas venture to provide much of the same picture (and video)-worthy atmosphere.

Designing the restaurants seems to be Vanderpump's favorite part. "I love working with Caesars Palace, they're just brilliant partners. They give me control and they allow us to fulfill our dreams as restaurateurs, design-wise. So that's really important. And my design company just has a blast doing that," the Bravo star said.

Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, have opened more than 30 restaurants together over the course of their careers, and Vanderpump is showing no signs of slowing down. She wakes up at 6 a.m. every morning. "I have to exercise. I have to, like, jump out of bed, take my breakfast to bed, watch the news," she said.

But she wants the world to know that she's more than just a restauranteur and reality star. "I have a huge job as a producer. I've just come back from two months being on location in the South of France, producing my new show [Vanderpump Villa] for Hulu. So that's been a lot as well," Vanderpump said.

Lisa Vanderpump's key to success: "Get up early, work hard, work my butt off and try to tick every box."
