Lil Dicky Says He Was 'Fully Naked' the First Time He Met Brad Pitt

Brad Pitt received quite a welcome when he arrived on the set of Dave. The Academy Award winner returned to TV last year for a surprise cameo in the season three finale of Lil Dicky's FXX comedy series, marking his first appearance in a small screen comedy since Friends in 2001.

"Brad Pitt is definitely the coolest guy I've ever met in my life," Lil Dicky, who also goes by Dave Burd, told Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce on Wednesday's episode of the NFL stars' New Heights podcast. Burd is the real-life mastermind behind the Lil Dicky rap persona, as well as the creator and star of Dave.

Pitt played a fictionalized version of himself in the episode, which centered on a crazed fan holding the stars hostage.

"Unfortunately, like, the moment he walked on set, I was filming the scene where the stalker is, like, creating a cast mold of my lower half," Burd said on New Heights. "So I literally have to meet Brad Pitt, like, fully naked, covered, in, like, sludge, with, like, my d**k outline, like, visible."

Luckily for Burd, Pitt was apparently unphazed by the situation.

The 36-year-old rapper admits that "you never know" what to expect about a star's temperament in real life, but that Pitt's vibe was flawless.

"He seems cool, but sometimes guys have personas that are really cool, and you meet them and they're like shy or just not fun to hang out with," he shared. "This guy was the man. And he was so nice to everybody on set."

The collaboration came together after Pitt responded to a "cold email" from Burd inviting him to be on the show. On Wednesday, Burd hailed Pitt as a consummate professional.

Explaining how a stand-in can be used during scenes in which a character is shot from behind, Burd said that he offered Pitt "every out" to leave the set early over the course of four late-night shoots.

"I got a man that looked just like Brad Pitt from behind, wearing the exact same clothing that Brad would wear, and I gave Brad every out," Burd said. "Like, you know, 'You don't have to wait around at 3 a.m. to shoot my coverage. And he was like, 'I would never go.'"

Dave's third season included a star-studded guest roster, with Rachel McAdams delivering a three-episode arc and Drake making another surprise cameo in the finale. Another memorable episode in which the fictional Dave attends the Met Gala featured Jack Harlow, Travis Barker, Machine Gun Kelly, Megan Fox and a flatulent Don Cheadle.

Since then, the star has announced that he intends to take an extended hiatus from the show as he pursues other projects. Earlier this year, he dropped his latest album, Penith, which features his original songs from the series.

"I obviously love the show, it's a dream to make that show," Burd said on New Heights.

"There are so many things I want to do, just whether it's making music, writing movies, developing other shows,"  he continued. "I don't want to just do the same thing over and over again every year. There's just other things I wanna do, so I'm excited about all these different ventures I'm finally getting the time to focus on that I wouldn't have had in season."

Of course, the Philadelphia native and lifelong Eagles fan also had plenty to say about sports, Jason's ability to repeatedly move him to tears, and offered a hot take on Travis' relationship with Taylor Swift.

"I just think there's something that makes everyone feel like the world is kind of like high school, where your most popular pop star, like, beloved musician somehow met, like, your most popular beloved athlete, and they actually fell in love and it's real," Burd suggested. "I dunno, I think anyone who hates on it is a bitter loser. But I think a lot of people who [you] would maybe expect to hate on it actually love it and acknowledge they love it because there's just something so American about it or something. There's something just classic about it."

Travis replied with a joke, cracking, "I don't know how I did it because she was not into sports. So I don't know how the f**k I did it."

Amid their travels, a source told ET, "Taylor and Travis are soaking up their downtime together. They are appreciating the here and now and the love they share with one other. When they're able to just chill out, they love to hang out with their friends and family, travel, see new things together, and enjoy their privacy."

Shortly thereafter, ET spoke to Travis, who opened up about why his relationship with Swift works amid their busy careers.

"We're both very career-driven," he said. "We both love what we do, and any chance that I can show my support to her -- and knowing that she's showing me all the support in the world throughout the season -- it's just been an amazing experience getting to know Tay."
