While it's not the first Christmas movie that hints at a little romance between the sheets (think Netflix's Holidate), it's the first for Lifetime. Not one to shy away from a sexy good time, Lifetime has decided to up the naughty in its nice list in A Cowboy Christmas Romance, their latest It's a Wonderful Lifetime movie starring Jana Kramer and Adam Senn. While still pretty tame and rated TV-PG, it's nothing you'll likely see on Hallmark Channel or Great American Family anytime soon.

What is A Cowboy Christmas Romance about?
One week before Christmas, a huge business deal sends real estate “closer” Lexie Crenshaw (Jana Kramer) back to a place she swore she’d never return to: her hometown of Tubac, Arizona. Back on the range, Lexie must convince Coby Mason (Adam Senn), a horse-whispering rancher, to part ways with his family's land, while navigating her relationship with her father (Bruce Thomas) and brothers she left behind, leading her to reconsider the life she gave up a decade ago.
Look for a song performed by Max Ehrich, who plays Lexie's younger brother Jack Crenshaw, to be featured in the film.

Jana Kramer (Lexie Crenshaw)
Jana Kramer is best known for her roles on One Tree Hill and Friday Night Lights and has starred in multiple Lifetime movies including Soccer Mom Madam and The Holiday Fix Up. She also competed in the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars, finishing fourth overall.
Kramer said of the film, "This movie not only has a stunning backdrop thanks to the location where we filmed but it’s a Christmas film that pushes the boundaries. It’s real life with real emotions and to me that’s refreshing. I couldn’t ask for a better cast and crew because in the end this movie is all about family and what a family we became."
Fun fact: Kramer just became a mom again! She gave birth to her third child, a boy named Roman James Russell on November 23, 2023.

Adam Senn (Coby Mason)
Born in Paris, France, Senn has modeled for big name designers like Tom Ford, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, and Versace. Though he was born in France, he was raised in Texas and still resides there. This is his first lead role in a Lifetime movie.
