Wendy's Making Solar Eclipse Even Cooler With Free Frosty's

Wendy's is celebrating the upcoming solar eclipse with free Frosty's for all.

Fans have more than just four minutes–the approximate duration of totality–to enjoy the deal, too.

Beginning the day of the solar eclipse (Monday, April 8) and through Sunday, April 14, Frosty fans can grab one of the beloved frozen treats for free with any purchase made via its app! The offer is valid on its Classic Chocolate and the new Orange Dreamsicle Frosty flavor, those who can't decide between the two should try the hack that gets them a half-and-half Frosty that tastes like a chocolate-covered orange.

All of this "To savor as the sun disappears," so said the fast food chain in a statement shared with Parade.

That's not all, Wendy's is also waiving its delivery free when fans order in the app or online. Additionally, fans can also take advantage of a few other limited-time deals, including a $1 Dave’s Single® or $2 Dave’s Double® when they order via the Wendy’s app now through Wednesday, April 10th. Those who prefer to order with Uber can Score a free Wendy’s Dave’s Single with a minimum purchase of $15 now through April 10.

Despite all the fun fast food-loving news, some fans will still remain disappointed by the fact that two international Wendy's markets recently launched supremely cool Frosty flavors that they won't get to try unless they travel. Canada's new White Chocolate Strawberry Frosty has U.S.-based customers reportedly planning a road trip across the border. The Philippines, however, is a little less accessible so fans have instead turned to begging the brand online to bring its Frosty Coffee and Frostyccinos stateside.
