If anyone can turn a day of meetings into a fashion opportunity, it's Queen Letizia of Spain.

The monarch stepped out today to lead the fifth conference on "the informative treatment of disabilities in media" organized by the Federation of Associations of Journalists of Spain at the Vallehermoso stadium in Madrid. Ready for the long day, she looked fresh in a pale blue summer suit consisting of loose trousers and an oversized blazer with one button. She paired the elevated, breezy set with a silky white blouse and beige suede wedges with an ankle strap.

Minimalistic as ever, the queen accessorized only with small chunky gold hoop earrings and an oval-shaped gold ring. She also wore a white surgical mask.

On her first public outing since she recovered from COVID-19, the queen was seen shaking hands and chatting happily with various professionals, including officials at the Higher Sports Council and young athletes.

Last month, before contracting the virus, Letizia also showed off an elegant summer ensemble. While welcoming U.S. first lady Dr. Jill Biden to Madrid, the Spanish queen donned a sleek white suit made up of a structured blazer and creased wide-leg pants. She paired the set with a dusty-rose top and matching pointed-toe heels, and complemented the look with rosy makeup and no jewelry.

And weeks before, the ever-so-stylish royal nearly sold out Mango when she debuted an airy black-and-white belted dress by the brand while attending the Reina Letizia 2021 Awards. She paired the piece with black pointed-toe heels, star-shaped gold studs, and a gold ring. At the event, she also hilariously had an accidental twinning moment with an honoree, who wore the same dress.
