Knight the Pit Bull recently met his new little sister and is now sharing his home with two sisters. The new puppy is just a tiny little thing who's learning all about her new family and their daily routines. In this video her mom posted in mid-April, we get to see how she spends her morning, and I want to hang out with her!

You're going to want to make sure your sound is on so you can hear the adorable little sounds that she makes. Her morning begins in her PJs and being woken up by mom. She has her first potty break of the day and breakfast, and then it's on to the fun stuff. From playtime with sister to annoying her big brother, it looks like she starts her morning off right!

This was just too cute! My favorite is when she annoyed her big brother Knight at the top of the stairs. I also wish I could get daily sunbathing time near a sunny window! Knight and the puppy's fans had a lot to say about the adorable video. @Emily Fahrlander said exactly what I was thinking, "THE JAM JAMS!! Ahhh my heart!!" Everybody wanted to know where mom got those cute jammies! @Android17 laughed, "The way she is struggling to win the tug of war and sister is just standing there!" Another commenter pointed out, "Knight’s like “come down those stairs and say it to my face! ‘No? Okay then!’” LOL!"

What To Do When Your Dogs Don't Get Along

Let's face it, not all dogs are going to get along. In the case of Knight and the new puppy, it might just take some time for Knight to adjust to life with another pup. Or it might be a case of sibling rivalry or jealousy and mom will need to step in and help resolve the issues.

One thing you can do, which is a big pain and not ideal at all, is to keep the dogs separated. Place each dog's crate is in a different area of the house far away from each other. Baby gates can also help keep them separated and can prevent fights from occurring.

Another option is to seek professional help. Most of us don't have the knowledge or understanding of how to fix the relationship between two dogs that don't get along. Talk to your vet; he or she may be able to recommend or refer you to a behaviorist/trainer who specializes in correcting this type of behavior by customizing a behavior modification program for your dogs.

If worse comes to worse and the dogs simply refuse to live together, you may have to consider rehoming one of the dogs. By keeping them together you are not only putting the dogs in dangerous situations, but you as well if you are constantly trying to break up fights. Keeping both dogs safe should be your first priority, even though that might mean giving one of them up.
