'Non-Horsey Boyfriend's' Sweet Friendship With Fiesty Foal Keeps Viewers Laughing Nonstop
It's rare for a couple to share absolutely everything in common, but that's part of the fun! You get to learn and experience new things alongside your partner, and you just might find that you have more in common than you knew about. That's certainly what's happening with horse owner Laura Jayne and her 'non-horsey' boyfriend!
He may not know the first thing about caring for horses, but he's been spotted around the stables having fun and bonding with the horses. He's become particularly good friends with a sassy new foal recently, and Laura has been sharing the highlights of their friendship in a series of hilarious TikTok videos.
On July 25, Laura posted the silliest update yet. Neither the filly or the man had the confidence to approach one another, even though they both wanted to!
LOL! This is such a short video, but it shows everything we need to see. It's pure chaos when these two are together! It's normal for the new foal to feel nervous, even around people they've met before, but watching a 'non-horsey' person interacting with the large animals has to be one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

While most viewers get a laugh from each and every video in this series (yes, it's a series!), there are a few bubble bursters who think these two nervous souls should be kept apart. While they may not know how to interact when the young horse is going wild in the pasture, Laura Jayne wanted to show just how comfortable they are together in the stable.
Aww! This is interspecies friendship at its finest if you ask me. The baby horse feels comfortable enough to get up close and personal with her owner's boyfriend, and he doesn't jump or freak out when she gets a little too personal! Spooking Mama Horse would be a bad idea, too, so it's a good thing he kept his cool when the filly nosed him in the behind.
How to Meet a Horse
When you're meeting a horse for the first time, you'll probably get the low-down from their owner about what to do. If not, please ask! There aren't many safe situations in which you would meet a horse for the first time on your own, but it can still help to know what to expect.
The biggest tip you'll learn when interacting with horses is to not sneak up behind them. Not only will that startle them (they can't see behind themselves, after all), but it could also result in you getting kicked! Approaching from the front or side is ideal, and remember to speak in a soft, calm voice as you approach slowly. If you can, offering a snack is never a bad idea!
There's no doubt that this spicy foal and her friendship with her owner's boyfriend will only continue to blossom. They have matching energies, and they're both getting more confident every day!
