At T&C, we're wholehearted believers in the mantra: If you love a piece of clothing, buy it in multiple colors. That's clearly the thought behind Meghan Markle's Johanna Ortiz maxi dresses. She wore one in Nigeria in May, and today in Colombia, she sported a very similar dress—in a different print.

Both maxi dresses feature a bold design and a keyhole cutout. The dress she wore in Nigeria earlier this year, the brand's "Tropicana Night Dress"(which is nearly sold out!) features a engraved jacquard fabric patterned with large palm tree leaves. Meanwhile, the dress she wore in Colombia, the "Navajo Weaver Dress," is covered in a traditional pattern of burgundy and salmon (it also comes with a removable ruffle sleeve). She kept her styling similar for both outfits, opting for a pair of strappy sandals; Emme Parsons "Cecilia" t-strap sandals with the palm print dress, and Jimmy Choo "Eteana" mules with today's outfit.

Meghan's decision to wear a Joanna Ortiz design in Colombia was perhaps a nod to the designer's heritage. Ortiz, who was born in Cali, Colombia, always "gravitated to the beauty and lushness of her native country," per her official bio. "The tropical jungles, evergreen mountain ranges, and myriad palm trees danced in her dreams where her creativity was awoken. In an urgent need to express the richness of her view, she decided to use fashion as the canvas for her vision."

Earlier today, Meghan kicked off her and Harry's trip to Colombia in a navy Veronica Beard outfit. The Sussexes will be in the country through Sunday, undertaking a number of engagements throughout Cali, Bogotá, and Cartagena alongside Vice President Francia Márquez.
