Mandy Moore is going to make audiences cry all over again on an emotional all-new episode of Celebrity IOU.
The This Is Us alum, 40, teams up withDrew and Jonathan Scott to transform her kids' nanny Celina’s backyard into a relaxing oasis in the makeover show's season 5 premiere
“Celina is a nanny, a chef, a surrogate parent, a house manager – I mean she literally does everything and anything in our lives,” Moore says in a PEOPLE exclusive first look at the upcoming episode (above). “I feel like I wouldn't be able to get through a single day without her.”

The A Walk to Remember star continues: “It’s been almost 15 years that we’ve known each other. She has become closer than family. She’s just been this sort of constant in my life. I love her deeply. I will do anything for her.”

“Using the angle grinder was definitely one of the harder things I’ve been asked to do on this project,” she says. “It was terrifying seeing the sparks fly and making sure I was cutting it at the right angle.”
Jonathan then captures Moore’s progress as she cuts through the tough material by snapping photos of the actress who is smiling through it.
“I’m learning as I go,” Moore says of the process, “but it’s fun and you feel accomplished.”
Moore’s episode of Celebrity IOU airs Sunday, Aug. 12 at 9 p.m. ET on HGTV.
