Kate Beckinsale is hitting back at the haters.

On Tuesday, May 7, the actress, 50, shared footage of herself dressed as an aging groom on Instagram in response to criticism over her look online.

Beckinsale — who recently returned home from a hospital stay for an undisclosed health issue — was unrecognizable in her get-up as she wore a wrinkly bald-headed face mask and a white suit and bow tie while sitting in a wheelchair.

“New deal. This is all you’re getting,” she wrote in the caption to the first photo shared of her transformation. “Hope it is less triggering and more what you consider age appropriate. Sayonara b-----s.”

Beckinsale appeared in the close-up shot in her masked look in a wheelchair indoors as she cradled her cat Willow, who matched her suited look. A follow-up video showed Beckinsale in the same position with the camera panning out showing her also wearing white platform boots.

In another photo, Beckinsale sat back in the wheelchair and kicked her legs in the air as she was pushed by a woman dressed in a bride costume.

The actress was later joined by her Pomeranian Myf in a clip as she sat in the same wheelchair outdoors on a sports court. In a final video, Beckinsale took a tumble out of the wheelchair onto the ground of the same court as her accompanying ‘bride’ rushed to tend to her.

Beckinsale's guise, which she first unveiled for Halloween 2023, comes days after she addressed the online bullying she claims she's faced over her appearance and aging.

In a lengthy Instagram post on May 5, the Underworld star opened up about having “severe anxiety” around aging as she shared a throwback clip of herself “20 years apart” with a clip from her most recent public appearance.

“I hate talking about this because I hate adding to this conversation but I’m doing it because insidious bullying of any kind over time takes a toll,” Beckinsale wrote.

“Every time I post anything — and by the way, this has been the case since I was about 30 — I am accused of having had unrecognizable surgery/using Botox using fillers/being obsessed with looking younger,” she continued, adding “and it’s really such a tiresome and subtly vicious way to bully a person.”

Beckinsale confirmed in her post that she does not “do any of those things.”

“I’m posting this knowing full well that it will have absolutely no effect. It isn’t going to stop,” she wrote. “But I’m also posting it because whatever someone looks like, accusing them constantly of things they haven’t done, or being obsessed with youth when actually, currently I’m obsessed with surviving loss, is bullying.”

“Please stop now," she added.
