Julia Fox wears a very risque outfit when arriving at a Thom Browne event at Sotheby's in New York City.

Julia Fox is ready to say "I do!" — well, at least half of her is.

She wore what appeared to be the top of a white turtleneck-style wedding dress attached to a veil to a Sotheby's exhibit in New York City on Thursday night. The top rested on one shoulder and the veil, which featured dramatic fringe detail, was placed over her head bridal-style.

And that's just the top! The fringe of the veil cut off well above Fox's navel, and she did away with the middle half of the dress entirely, opting for a skimpy black thong instead. Her legs were covered by the bottom half of the deconstructed dress, which was also white and featured a small train. (Still with us?)

Fox, 33, completed the look with white lace ruffled gloves and a white handbag, plus bold white eye makeup.

Fox was joined by a friend, who could be see on her Instagram Story, wearing black slacks and a shirt with a men's tuxedo drawn onto it. The final touch: A black handbag shaped like a poodle.

We're not even halfway into January and Fox has already delivered a parade of jaw-dropping ensembles.

As reported by Cosmopolitan, she stepped onto the streets of Miami (and into 2024) earlier this month wearing a lingerie-inspired look with strategically placed pink bows attached a barely-there white bra and white lace bloomers. She accessorized the look with a pearl handbag, Simone Rocha pumps and the same white lace gloves that finished off her outfit at Sotheby's on Thursday.

We're in awe of the strategically placed tape that must be keeping her covered where she needs to be, but we're not shocked that the model is starting 2024 in risky, deconstructed clothes.

"I never had money for clothes so I would go to all these really nice stores on Fifth Avenue and steal gorgeous clothes. Then I would make them my own by cutting them up," Fox told Charli XCX in a December conversation for Interview Magazine adding that she used to unknowingly snub bigger designers when she was just becoming famous to wear clothes she found more unique.

And in 2022, Fox told The Cutthat she was done listening to her publicity team when they tell her something she wanted to wear was "too editorial" like she used to do earlier in her career.

"F--k that narrative if I want to pop out and wear crazy s--t — which is what I want to wear," Fox said, adding that before she was famous she'd walk outside in outfits that were so exposed "you could see everything."
