Fans of Heather Graham are declaring that the actress is “living the dream” after she shared some snapshots from her recent beachside yoga retreat in Mexico.

“So grateful I got to go on a yoga retreat and meditate looking at the ocean,” the Swingers actress wrote in the caption for her 10-part Instagram carousel of photos. She tagged SOUK, a New York City-based yoga studio, the studio’s founder and a yoga instructor in her post.

The Twin Peaks alum’s collection of images began with a straight-on photo taken of her standing on a large rock beside the ocean. Waves could be seen breaking against the rock as her feet gripped its surface, her toenails painted a bright red. She wore a bronze string bikini and dark sunglasses with her blonde hair down and her right hand perched on her hip.

Additional photos in the series showed Graham, 54, standing beneath the flag of Mexico, walking in the ocean after taking a dip and practicing yoga. The final image showed the view of the resort from above, with turquoise water lapping against the sand as colorful umbrellas dotted a small stretch of beach.

Fans who were wowed by Graham’s photos showered her with praise in the comment section. Several told Graham she was “gorgeous” and expressed amazement at how she looked “exactly the same” as she did while playing Rollergirl in 1997’s Boogie Nights. Others suggested that her attendance at the yoga retreat provided an explanation of why she doesn’t seem to age “at all.”

One Instagram user wrote that Graham is a “childfree queen living the dream,” and another asked her to “tell me where The Fountain of Youth is please?”

SOUK’s founder, Rita Rabbath, joined the many fans who commented on Graham’s post to thank her for attending the retreat, writing, “Your practice, curiosity, studentship and friendship are the most precious! Thank You. Love You.”

The studio also commented on the “incredible” photos that Graham shared. “The ease in which we came together for practice, for community, for the love of yoga,” the studio’s comment said. “Thank You H for being such a big inspiring part of it all.”
