Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco have been dating for the better part of a year at this point, and according to multiple sources over multiple months, not to mention our own eyeballs, they are in love. Like fully obsessed levels of in love.
When it comes to A-list romance, celebs tend to either move at lightning speed and get engaged/married after two minutes, or at a snail's pace. And it looks like Selena and Benny mighhhht be leaning towards option number one. By which I mean the internet has been inundated with insiders who claim an engagement is inevitable, plus both Sel and Benny have spoken out about their future.
On top of all that? A tipster told DeuxMoi that the pair are already engaged, and Selena is out here posting photos that are definitely giving "hi, I'm secretly hiding a giant diamond ring." Here everything we know, all in one helpful place!

Prepare to go on a true journey, because anon insiders went from vague musings about these two being it for the long haul, to literal claims that they're already engaged to be married. Quick timeline, ahem:
April 5, 2024: Entertainment Tonight spoke to a source who said “They both see a positive future together and have a desire to continue to move forward and have their relationship thrive.”
May 3, 2024: Not to be outdone, Us Weekly spoke to two sources, one of whom said "They both think they’ve found the person they’ll be with forever.” A second source who said “She definitely sees this relationship going the distance. They’ve talked about marriage and having children and are very much on the same page.”
May 16, 2024: Entertainment Tonight circled back with an update from a source saying "They have talked about their future and while they don't have set plans in place, they are excited at the idea of continuing to grow together and get closer. They make each other happy and their friends and family are thrilled for them."
August 4, 2020: DeuxMoi got an anonymous tip that Selena and Benny are officially engaged!

What Selena Has (Kinda Vaguely) Said
Back in May, Selena told Time, “I don’t know what the future holds, but I do know that [Benny's] not going anywhere anytime soon." Sounds promising, if slightly cryptic!
But then on June 30, the actress/singer hopped into the comments of a TikTok that was captioned “I know and so do you that at the time she would never have gotten engaged to Benny, She was in her IT GIRL era."
Her response? Sel wrote, "Kinda makes me laugh because I was so depressed back then lol." Cool cool cool, but note how she fully didn't deny the engagement part.
And then on August 8—just days after the aforementioned DeuxMoi post—Selena hopped onto her Insta Stories with a mirror selfie and some heart-shaped emojis riiiiiight over her ring finger. I mean, that placement!
What Benny Has (Slightly More Specifically) Said
Back on May 14, Benny went on Howard Stern's show and opened alll the way up about his relationship with Selena. And in response to Howard saying that he personally predicted marriage for Benny and Sel, the producer mused "You and me both...I gotta get my act together!"
