The Duchess of Sussex recently enjoyed some quality time with friends by hitting the slopes.

Duchess Meghan embarked on a ski trip with a couple of her longtime girlfriends: Heather Dorak, owner of workout studio franchise Pilates Platinum, and Kelly McKee Zajfen, co-founder of philanthropist group Alliance of Moms.

In a photo shared to Dorak’s Instagram, the trio pose together for a smiley picture while surrounded by snow-covered mountains. Meghan opted for a black monochromatic look, wearing a long partially-zipped hooded puffer coat, snow pants, a ribbed knit beanie, large sunglasses, and gloves. Her pals similarly bundled up for the cold temperatures in their own puffers and knit hats.

“Wow, what a perfect trip!! My heart is so full,” Dorak captioned the post. “The kids crushed the slopes by day and the adults howled with laughter deep into the night. Truly lucky in love with our wonderful friends!”

Other snaps included in the same post capture sweet moments with Dorak’s family as well as a selfie of Dorak and McKee Zajfen heading down a slope.

Meghan recently embarked on another snowy trip to Canada with husband Prince Harry in mid-February. Their three-day trip took them through British Columbia’s Vancouver and Whistler, where they met with athletic competitors and coaches in the countdown to the 2025 Invictus Games.

The Vancouver Whistler games—scheduled for February 8 to 16, 2025—will be the first winter sporting event in Invictus history. More than 500 athletes from 20 countries—injured in some way while serving in the armed forces—are expected to compete in alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skeleton, wheelchair curling, indoor rowing, sitting volleyball, swimming, wheelchair basketball, and wheelchair rugby.
