Downton Abbey fans can now spend a night at the Highclere Castle

Updated

There's about to be a dream come true for two Downton Abbey fans: Highclere Castle, the real-life Downton Abbey, will be available to book for one night only on Airbnb next month!

A press release about this once-in-a-lifetime experience shared, "To celebrate the upcoming motion picture event Downton Abbey, Highclere Castle will open its doors to two guests for a never-before-stay available only on Airbnb. Guests will gain exclusive access to the castle and its grounds, including an extravagant traditional dinner in Highclere Castle’s iconic State Dining Room."

Naturally, the lucky guests will be given the royal treatment. The estate's Lady Carnarvon will welcome the guests, who will then enjoy cocktails and a traditional three-course dinner. Breakfast and a tour of the fabulously ornate estate will be given the following morning.

Sound worth the trip? Then you'll want to head to Airbnd's Highclere Castle listing (here!) on October 1st at 12pm BST (7am EST) to try and reserve the night of November 26th, 2019 for just £150 (that's $159).
