Dog's Jealousy Over Catching Dog Walker with Another Pup Is Too Cute To Miss
Uh oh, busted! That's how one dog walker felt after she was caught on the job by another one of her "clients." Photographer @kekepaniapayne was cracking up when she saw the dog looking salty at her walking another pup. Looks like someone is going to have a lot of explaining to do.
The betrayal. Oh the betrayal! That's what the dog was probably thinking as they saw their beloved dog walker with another pooch.
In the video @kekepaniapayne shared, it shows the other dog she walks looking completely "baffled" by her deception. The poor pup spotted her over the fence while she was working and was not happy about what they saw. "What the heck is going on?!" they seemed to say.

"Are you wondering why I'm not walking you?" the woman asked as she walked by. Um, yeah! That's exactly what they're wondering.
"Are you jealous?" she asked. Quit rubbing it in lady! The dog wouldn't stop watching them — even when they got to the end of the block.
People in the comments section also thought this was a betrayal. "She said 'you’re taking her to OUR spots?!'" one person joked. "She said… You been WHERE, with WHO??" another commenter teased. "You’re not allowed to walk another dog but me. How dare you!" someone else exclaimed. "Mom, are we not paying enough for more walks!?!?" kidded another person.
How to Get Started as a Dog Walker
Whether you need a little side money or you've always wanted to devote your life to working with dogs, being a dog walker is probably one of the most fulfilling jobs you can have. But it's not without its challenges.
Getting started can be tricky. You'll want to scout out your target population first. Is there a neighborhood nearby that has a heavy population of dog owners? Look and see where there are a large number of grooming salons, pet shops, and doggy day cares if you need help narrowing down a place.
You'll then want to investigate typical rates for dog walking services in the area and establish rules. Do you want to take on dogs with certain behavioral issues? What's your policy on aggression? When you finally do get clients, it's important to do a meet and greet to determine what their level of aggression is and if you're a match.
You'll also want to come up with a business plan and start marketing your services. Create a website and social media pages to advertise your business or advertise through websites like Rover. Remember it might take some time to build up a sustainable business. So have patience as things are growing. With a little hard work, one day dog walking can be your full-time job.
