The Best Photos from the Barbie World Premiere
Pink was the order of the day for the Barbie world premiere in Los Angeles last night. The film, starring Margot Robbie as Barbie and Ryan Gosling as Ken, hits theaters worldwide next week, and in anticipation, the cast has been on a fashion-forward press tour.
The world premiere pink carpet did not disappoint. Robbie recreated the 1960 "Solo in the Spotlight" Barbie in custom Schiaparelli, and Gosling, along with Kate McKinnon, Michael Cera, and others, showed up in pink suits. While the vibrant looks were definitely on-theme, not wearing pink actually made celebrities stand out more—Dua Lipa's sheer Bottega Veneta dress sparkled in the sun, and TikTok star Alix Earle's vintage pale yellow Lanvin gown complimented the carpet nicely.
