Barbara Palvin Pairs a Shiny Party Top With Even Shinier Party Pants for Date Night With Dylan Sprouse

You can never too many sequins—and Barbara Palvin clearly got the memo.

The model made a shiny entrance to Versace and Net-a-Porter’s cocktail party in Los Angeles on Thursday night, where she was accompanied by husband Dylan Sprouse. Her look for the evening was maximalist eye candy, in the form of a silver sequined sleeveless top and matching sequined jeans. Gaping distressed patches were placed on both legs, lending some extra edge to the blinged-out ensemble, and she added a sophisticated touch by capping it off with black pointed-toe leather boots.

As for Sprouse, he took a more subdued sartorial approach compared to his wife. The actor wore a nearly all-black outfit composed of a black collared jacket, a black-and-white checkered button-down, black straight-leg trousers, and chunky leather square toe boots.

Designer Donatella Versace and e-commerce mogul Alison Loehnis hosted yesterday’s star-studded event to celebrate Versace Icons, or extraordinary individuals recognized by the luxury fashion house for their passion and drive. Other guests included Victoria Monét, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Storm Reid, and Simu Liu.

Palvin and Sprouse got married in July 2023 after nearly five years of dating. The couple recently opened up about their relationship in an interview with Sprouse’s twin brother, Cole Sprouse, for V Magazine.

“I know it’s cliché, but a relationship is work,” Palvin said. “There’s no human relationship that’s just going to be perfect. You have to be vulnerable with your partner and you have to be honest, and sometimes your opinions are not going to align, but that’s fine. The key is to always want to work together and not really try to win a fight. Because if one person wins, you both lose.”

Sprouse added, “I think the definition of marriage is very different for our generation than what it meant for the previous one. For me, at least, marriage is a promise of kind of loving you endlessly and being your partner.”
