Leland Grove home tops list of most expensive sold in Sangamon County for October
A one-story Leland Grove home sold for $735,000 on Oct. 4, the most expensive residence sold in Sangamon County last month.
The price tag for the house at 1605 South Willemore Avenue is the lowest among the monthly top sellers so far this year. According to experts, October was a soft month for home sales overall with high interest rates as a contributing factor.
