FREMONT - Fremont Ross High School will perform "Legally Blonde Jr." at the Fremont Ross Performing Arts Center on Friday and Sunday. Directed by the Julie Zucker, the musical is for audience members of all ages.
"Legally Blonde the Musical Jr". follows the journey of Elle Woods, portrayed by Megan Sherman. Elle, a seemingly perfect sorority girl, sets her sights on winning back her ex-boyfriend, Warner Huntington III, played by Quentin O'Brien. However, Warner believes Elle's bubbly personality and blonde hair do not fit his ideal image of a future wife.
Determined to prove her worth, Elle surprises everyone by enrolling in Harvard Law School. Her ultimate goal is to show Warner − and herself − that she is capable of much more than meets the eye. As the story unfolds Elle's determination, humor, and transformation into a confident and empowered woman.
Director proud of student cast
