LeBron James posts workout with Cleveland Browns' DPOY Myles Garrett on Instagram

Two of the best athletes in their respective sports are hitting the gym together.

LeBron James shared clips on his Instagram Tuesday evening of a workout with Cleveland Browns' reigning Defensive Player of the Year, edge rusher Myles Garrett.

"IRON SHARPENS IRON!!" James wrote in the post's caption. "Big Bro & Big Lil Bro getting after it!"

James added that fans know it already, but that Garrett is an "ABSOLUTE BEAST!!"

Garrett is fresh off arguably the best season of his NFL career, which culminated in DPOY recognition at the NFL Honors.

James, at the time of writing, is averaging a sterling 25 points, 7.9 assists and 7.2 rebounds per game for the Los Angeles Lakers at 39 years old in his 21st season in the NBA.

In 2022, Garrett signed with Klutch Sports Group, the agency that represents James and was founded by James' agent Rich Paul.
