LeBron James Has Blunt Message For Ohio State Football
Ohio State’s defense has been so disappointing this afternoon against Oregon that not even LeBron James can put a positive spin on their performance.
During the second half of today’s game, James had a message for the Buckeyes’ defense. He admit that it’s going to be a rough film session for Kerry Coombs’ crew this Sunday.
“Going to be a long defensive film session tomorrow or whenever next practice is for the BUCKEYES,” James tweeted.
James isn’t wrong at all about it being a long defensive film session. With the fourth quarter already underway, Ohio State’s defense has given up 35 points to Oregon.
The Buckeyes struggled on defense in their season opener, but they managed to finish the game on a positive note. Unfortunately for head coach Ryan Day, his defense has been unable to swing momentum in its favor this afternoon against the Ducks.
Going to be a long defensive film session tomorrow or whenever next practice is for the BUCKEYES🌰. 🤦🏾♂️

What makes this afternoon’s performance so concerning is that Ohio State has been unable to defend the pass or run.
Oregon quarterback Anthony Brown has 225 passing yards and two touchdown passes with plenty of time remaining on the clock. Running back CJ Verdell has also been outstanding for Mario Cristobal’s squad, as he has 17 carries for 151 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
We’ll find out in the closing minutes of this game if Ohio State’s defense can get a stop when it matters most.
