LeAnn Rimes Is All Sculpted Booty And Abs In This Iconic BTS Music Video Clip

  • There's a major heat wave hitting the country right now, and LeAnn Rimes is in agreement that it's really, *really* hot outside.

  • In behind-the-scenes footage for LeAnn's new music video, which she posted on Instagram, the singer hops around in a cute, high-waisted bikini, and shows off her super toned abs and sculpted booty in the process.

  • LeAnn, 39, is used to fitting in workouts on the go and has gotten good at dressing room workouts over the years.


LeAnn Rimes has been a singer-actress for a while now, but her roots are really in singing. Like, who among us hasn’t belted out “How Do I Live” at some point? Well, LeAnn is back at it with a new single and music video called "The Wild."

LeAnn shared BTS snippets on Instagram of herself walking around a wooded area in a gorgeous high-waisted bikini (WANT) as her single plays in the background. You can hear what sounds like her husband, Eddie Cibrian, telling her to “do something” and then see the 39-year-old tripping, spinning around, and making faces, flashing her toned legs and strong abs and booty in the process. “F*ck, it’s hot,” she said at one point.

“When the label tell you to make more content for reels… then you realize you are the label 🤦🏼♀️😂,” she joked in the caption.

People cheered her on in the comments. “Oooo You look 👀 Amazing beautiful Leann 🔥🔥 😮,” one person wrote. “A true beauty in the wild.❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥,” another said.

LeAnn hasn’t said a ton about her workout routine lately, but she has shared some of her workouts on Instagram. One workout routine from her Instagram Story last year involved a round of pushups with side twists, followed by leg lifts with weighted ball slams and then more work on her arms with tricep dips. That was all followed by reverse squats with her foot on a chair while holding the ball on her shoulder.

Back in 2017, she was big into jumping rope to aid in those bodyweight workouts in her dressing room. And LeAnn is pretty impressive on the tennis court, too. Check out her forehand swing in this Instagram video:

And, of course, LeAnn eats healthy. She told Women’s Health that she loves to have Kimberly Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie for breakfast, which features chopped spinach, lettuce, celery, apple, pear, banana, and lemon juice, among other goodies.

When lunchtime rolls around, you might find LeAnn noshing on mushroom and poblano tacos in almond flour tortillas, smoky white bean and greens soup, or a chicken and veggie stir fry. Dinner could be a cauliflower bowl with marinated and baked tempeh or grilled chicken, with greens and veggies.

While she’s all about eating well, LeAnn made it clear that she’s flexible with her diet. “Sometimes nourishment is the cake, the chips, the pizza, and the mac and cheese," she said.

Yup, I will definitely have what she's having!
