This month, luxury jewelry label Le Vian is unveiling a new offering in partnership with Jared, and it’s all about escape. The collection is named “Mare Azzurro” (blue sea in Italian) and inspired by the enchanting beauty of the Mediterranean—specifically, the remote beaches in the Calanques of southern France.

The new collection includes stones like tanzanite (Le Vian is the world’s largest seller of the gem), aquamarine, topaz, and blueberry zircon, all set in rich Vanilla Gold. Pieces start at $1,750 and go up to $17,000. Jared and Le Vian will also offer one-of-a-kind versions of some of the jewelry pieces, marked around $500,000.

“This collection is inspired by our post-pandemic desire to escape the travails of this decade by traveling to the most remote and idyllic, calming deep blue seas,” Le Vian CEO Eddie LeVian said in a statement. “We wanted to capture that in our original jewelry designs, using our exclusive fantasy cuts and rare blue gemstones that fit together like the shimmering glimmers of the water.” Featuring brilliant clusters of blue gemstones, the bangles, necklaces, earrings, and rings are wearable and eye-catching, the kind of jewelry that makes a statement without being too over-the-top.
