Law & Order: Organized Crime confirms Ozark producer as new showrunner
Law & Order: Organized Crime has announced its latest showrunner ahead of its fourth season premiering.
Former Ozark executive producer John Shiban has been named the crime procedural's new showrunner, in what has been a revolving door of names since the show debuted in April 2021.
Shiban replaces Sean Jablonski who was named showrunner in September 2022 and stepped down from the role in March.

Jablonski had been the fourth showrunner in the span of a year, after he replaced Bryan Goluboff who had taken over from Barry O'Brien, who had been the interim showrunner following the departure of Ilene Chaiken in February 2022.
Law & Order: Organized Crime stars Christopher Meloni as Elliot Stabler, reprising his role from SVU.
In June, it was announced that the Law and Order franchise was set to get a new spin-off, this time set in Canada.
Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent will follow an elite squad of detectives as they investigate high-profile corruption and crime in the Canadian city.

The series is set to consist of 10 episodes and is due to start filming later this year for a spring 2024 launch on Canadian network Citytv.
"The timeless appeal of the cases explored in the globally successful Law & Order franchise continue to draw in Citytv audiences week after week," said Hayden Mindell, who's senior VP of television at Rogers Sports & Media.
Producer Amy Cameron added: "We are thrilled to be working with Lark Productions and Citytv to bring this series to life. We cannot wait to showcase our amazing city in the Law & Order franchise."
Law & Order, Law & Order: SVU and Law & Order: Organized Crime air on NBC in the US. The shows air on Sky Witness in the UK, with select episodes available on NOW.
