Westchester/Putnam Gymnast of the Year: Olivia Marricco

Year: Freshman

Highlights: At the NYSPSHAA championships at Clarence High School in March, Marricco finished sixth in the all-around with a score of 37.475, the highest by a Section 1 gymnast . In the individual events, she finished tied for fifth in the floor exercise (9.425) and tied for sixth on the uneven bars (9.5). At the Section 1 championships in February, she won the all-around (38.4) for the second time in three years. Marricco won the uneven bars (9.775) and the balance beam (9.625) Section 1 titles. She took second on the vault and floor exercise. At the Division 2 championships, Marricco won the all-around, vault, uneven bars and balance beam titles.
