Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson are twins in throwback birthday photo
Goldie Hawn gave daughter Kate Hudson the sweetest shout-out on her birthday.
To celebrate Hudson turning 45 years old on April 19, Hawn took to Instagram to share a cute throwback photo of them together.
In the snap, they were both hugging each other while twinning in white shirts and jeans.
"Happy birthday, my darling daughter @katehudson!" Hawn wrote. "Among all the things you have already accomplished in your life—amazing mother, great dancer, Academy Award-nominated actress, and now a fantastic singer—let us not forget you were the fastest runner in high school and all of LA!"
"SO KEEP ON RUNNING SWEETHEART. You’re a RACEHORSE. I love you ❤️ 🎉🎂🥳😘," Hawn added.
In the comments, Hudson responded, writing "Haha! Mama you’re the best! Being fast is still is my favorite accomplishment 😜 Catch me if you can!! 😆💃 Love you so much ❤️."
Hawn shares Hudson and her older son, Oliver Hudson, with her ex-husband Bill Hudson. The two were married from 1976 to 1982 and before that, Hawn was married to her first husband, Gus Trikonis, from 1969 to 1976.
After Hawn and Bill called it quits, the "Overboard" actor struck up a romance with her "Swing Shift" co-star Kurt Russell.
"I was very attracted to him,” Hawn said of Russell on the April 15 episode of the podcast “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend.”
She explained that she really loved how devoted Russell was to her kids when they first met.
"I thought, ‘You’re amazing.’ He is a family man," she said.
In 1986, the couple welcomed their first child together, son Wyatt Russell.
Russell is also a father to his oldest son, Boston Russell, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Season Hubley.

Sparks flew between Russell and Hawn when they were filming the 1984 comedy “Swing Shift," a year after Hawn separated from her second husband, musician and TV personality Bill Hudson.

Oliver Hudson, 47
On Sept. 7, 1976, Hawn welcomed her oldest child, former "Scream Queens" and "Nashville" star Oliver Hudson with her second husband, Hudson Brothers singer Bill Hudson, whom she was married to from 1976 until 1982.
Oliver Hudson and his sister, Kate Hudson, were raised by Hawn and Russell in Colorado and Pacific Palisades after Hawn’s split with their biological father.

Kurt Russell welcomed his first child, son Boston Russell, with his with ex-wife, Season Hubley.
The former couple met when they played Elvis and Priscilla Presley in in the 1979 movie "Elvis," and divorced in 1983.
