Kobe Bryant's daughter Natalia is obsessed with films thanks to her dad, wants to win an Oscar

Natalia Bryant was inspired to go into filmmaking thanks to her father, Kobe Bryant. Natalia revealed Kobe is to blame for her film obsession.

Natalia made those comments during a question and answer segment on IMG Models' YouTube page where she was asked a number of questions about her life, including how she first got into films. Natalia revealed she would do movie marathons with her dad, and the two would discuss plot points for months.

Later in the interview, Natalia was asked where she sees herself in 10 years. She responded by saying she wants to win an Oscar, though she isn't sure what Oscar category she wants to win.

Kobe Bryant won Oscar for 'Dear Basketball' in 2018

The Bryant family already has some experience in that area. Kobe won an Oscar in 2018 for Best Animated Short. His film, "Dear Basketball," was based on Kobe's retirement letter, which went up at The Players' Tribune in 2015.

Bryant spoke to Yahoo Sports about the film in 2017.

Natalia, 18, likely still has a few years before she makes her first film. She recently started her freshman year at USC.
