Here is everything you need to know about the Columbia Super Regional:

Which team does Missouri softball face in the NCAA Super Columbia Regional?

ACC-champion Duke, the No. 10 national seed, is coming to Columbia to face Larissa Anderson’s Missouri team. The Blue Devils (50-6) swept both the ACC Softball Tournament and their home NCAA Durham Regional.

Duke beat Boston College and Clemson in 10 innings to reach the ACC title game, where it saw off Florida State with a late comeback. Next, the Blue Devils beat Morgan State and then defeated South Carolina in back-to-back games to secure its regional.

Coached by Marissa Young, Duke is one of just five teams with 50 so far this season. Blue Devils ace Jala Wright has the nation’s third-best earned run average at 1.09, which is part of a staff that ranks third in the country with a 1.50 team ERA. Pitcher/outfielder Claire Davidson leads Duke with a .445 batting average, which is good for No. 8 in the country.

Missouri (47-16) took the long way round to win its home regional, losing its opener against Omaha last Friday before eliminating Indiana and Washington in quick succession Saturday. The Tigers leaned heavily on ace Laurin Krings, who pitched most of the team’s marathon weekend, including two wins on Sunday to knock off Omaha and secure the regional title.
